Better coordination, better buildings
When comments are added to issues, an email notification is sent with a list of the issues, but it doesn't show the comments. It would be nice to just have the added comments shown in the email instead of having to log into the system and view each issue separately.

Agreed - I turned off email notifications for this exact reason.

I agree - The comment tells me what, if anything, I need to do to respond and how important it is to answer quickly. A comment "I've finished this" needs a much different response than "Can you explain..."
