Better coordination, better buildings
It is not rare that, for new projects, some trades create copies from a "default" Revit file (RVT) instead of using a Revit template (RTE).
In that case, some sheets will be also already created, hence, their ID will remain the same in different files.
This can become an issue when they publish sheets to the BIM Track viewer. The different sheets are read as the same, based on their IDs, and "overlay" as revisions of the same sheet.
