Better coordination, better buildings
When the "Filter issue list based on clipping" is enabled and an issue is retrieved, the issue list gets reset because a clipping plane or box is often applied to the view and the previously displayed issues disappear.
If there was an option below the existing toggle that locked the current clipping plane/box, the issue list would retain the current issues seen in the view we're actively trying to retrieve issues from. Essentially stopping the issue list and current clipping box/plane from resetting.
