Ability to set issues' Visibility restricted by default (in project parameters)

An important number of issues in our projects are confidential. That's why we would like to make sure that the users do not omit restricting of visibility while creating issues. The best way to do it could be by "forcing" it in Project parameters.

Multiple measurements at the same time in the viewer

We can currently make one measurement at a time in the viewer (the previous measurement disapears when you make a new one). It would be great if it was possible to take multiple measurements at the same time.

Don't send due date notifications for resolved issues

Sometimes, team members don't want and don't need to receive due date notifications once the status of an issue is set to 'Resolved'. As it is now, notifications continue unless the issue is 'Closed'.
