Grant the ability to change the displayed units.

More granullar control over issue acces

Need to remove access to the issue for people assigned to it. The coordination is a 2 steps process first the issue is set as draft and assigned then it is made public.

Offer more control over the unit of measurement for clashes to issues

When publishing a clash to a BIM Track issue the measurement units of the clash can be converted to another unit (from Imperial to SI, for example). There should be a way to let the user decide what unit to use.
